Congratulations to Rino Ganeko, Sakura Sakou, and Erin Yabu, who were awarded 2^nd place in the 23nd annual All-Okinawa English Skit contest on June 24^th , at the Okinawa Prefectural Educational Research Center in Okinawa City. 16 teams from high schools from around Okinawa participated. The English Skit contest is a unique contest that combines English, content, and most importantly, humor, allowing the participants to express themselves in a fun and interesting manner. The title of their skit was, “Goya and Me,” and followed the story of how Goya and Chinsuko became friends and overcame their challenges. This is the 5 time the Okisho team has won an award at the contest.
