学生寮
We accept students from mainland Japan, islands around Okinawa, and remote areas such as the northern region of Okinawa. With cooperation from school, we make sure students at dormitories live with discipline.
Okinawa Shogaku Global Dorm
An international instructor from Okinawa Shogaku stays at the global dorm every weekday. Students have opportunities for cultural exchange during study hours (Monday to Friday, 19:30-22:00). International students also stay at the global dorm and share rooms with Japanese students. (Refer to table 1 below)

Shogakusha Dorm
The Shogakusha Dorm is a 7-minute walk from school and located in a quiet neighborhood. Students can focus on their study in a relaxed private room with air conditioners. Each unit has 4 private rooms and 4 students share a bathroom and a toilet. Each room is furnished with a desk, a bookshelf, tatami platform bed, and a closet.

FAQs about students’ dorms
QHow are meals at the dorm?
AYou can have well-balanced meals to help you stay healthy at both dorms. You will have breakfast and dinner at dorms and enjoy lunch either at the school cafeteria or in your classroom with your classmates.
QHow can I do my grocery shopping?
AYou can do your grocery shopping at a supermarket and convenience stores near school.
QCan I do laundry at the dorm?
AThere is a shared laundry room with washers and dryers. Each room gets a lot of sun, so you can hang our clothes outside on your veranda.
QCan I go out or stay overnight somewhere else?
AYou can go out of the dorm before curfew. You can also go to a cram school. With a notice from parents, you can stay at a relative’s or friends’ house.
